52519-U Beervarian Dwarf Line
Beervaria is one of the largest lands in the Confederation and is populated by Dwarves and Ogres. The most important industry in Beervaria is, unsurprisingly, brewing. When the Wars broke out Beervaria's King, Vilhelm XXIV, was able to raise a large army of strong armed if somewhat dim-witted Troops from its huge pool of Dwarf and Ogre field hands. Despite losing manpower to the war effort the brewing continues unabated with the work being carried out by patriotic young Dwarf maidens and drunken old codgers.
Beervarian Ales are much sought after by quartermasters of all armies involved in conflict. Despite blockades and trade bans sales continue. Never let it be said that a Dwarf will let war come before profit. Beervarian Standards are quite ornate and often feature checked blue and white fields with a Beer Stein device. The Royal Standard is pale blue with the royal crest of a red and white checked cockerel. It bears the proud national motto (Meinz Abier). Flagstaffs are topped with a gilded or wooden beer keg (more often than not functional). Beervarian Armies are made up mainly of Dwarves but also have Ogre Infantry in the larger formations, the forces of this kingdom have fought in almost as many battles as the Elves have and can be found in every Theatre of the wars.
The Dwarves of the line regiments form the bulk of the Beervarian field armies and are solid, if somewhat inebriated troops.
Flintloque Rules:

Slaughterloo Rules:
STATUS: The Beervarian Line are classed as Regular Infantry armed with Dwarf Muskets.
UNIFORM: The uniforms of the Line Infantry are of a pale blue shade with deep cherry red facings. This applies to tunics and greatcoats alike. The greatcoats are often trimmed with fur. Belts and straps are pipe clayed white. Trousers are grey or white. All Beervarian Dwarves wear the traditional crested Dwarven Helmets or 'Krappenhatte'. This headgear makes a surprisingly good place to hide bottles or small kegs of ale.
