The Honourable East Valonian Company (HEVC) is composed of vicious Halflings overseen by Orcish and Ogre officers.  Not the stuff of fairy tales these tiny terrors are the HEVC version of artillery.  The musket barrow is composed of a wooden barrow with four Bessie Muskets strapped to it which the Halflings use as a small cannon.  This is can even Ogres a nasty surprise.  These Halflings are classed as Gun Crew.
