Welcome to Alternative Armies Loyalty
We now have a Loyalty and Reward system as well as a Wish List. You can see these on the right hand side of the screen far right middle and bottom with tabs 'Wishlist' and 'Rewards'. Click on them if you are a NEW or EXISTING customer as you must register. For Rewards the tab will open as below and you just sign in (to your account) or create an account and hey presto start earning points. You MUST join the Loyalty System this way to begin even if you are already signed in.
You must have an account with us to place orders as before and this account allows you to sign up for a Wish List and or Reward Points with a single click once for your browsing. From then you will earn points on every purchase and can see how to redeem them and what they can be redeemed upon.
When you place an order you will have the normal order receipt and progress to shipping messages by email. You will also receive an email from our Loyalty Program telling you how many points you earned; your total and what you could do with the points. You can also see this any time by clicking on the Rewards Tab bottom right of screen.
The normal rate is 5 Points for every 1.00 ( GBP or local currency) spent. During promotional periods this will rise to 7 Points per 1.00 (GBP or local currency) spent.

Rewards are calculated upon order value at the point of checkout which is AFTER any discount from Rewards is included by the customer. Please check your shipping if you are aiming for free shipping as it may take you under that threshold.
Points do not expire though if you close your account they will be lose and they cannot be transferred between accounts. Points are active in your account from the moment they are earned; this is a mark of trust between us and you. You may only use your Points as part of an accompanying order for any product on the website. The Loyalty System is not retrospective. You may use points in conjunction with on screen discounts. You may use only one points 'reward' per order.
Rewards can be earned only through the website once you enable them. In the case of email, telephone or Trade orders these do not gain reward points. However dependent upon each order of this type we will offer an incentive or discount directly.
